Everything You Want to Know About Mail Clubs

What is a Mail Club?

A Mail Club is a monthly subscription that brings a new Hindu festival celebration to your mailbox. Each envelope includes ready-to-enjoy stories, crafts, stickers, and cultural activities, depending on the club you choose.

Which Mail Club should I choose?

Choose Festive Essentials Club for a comic, craft, and premium die-cut sticker each month. Choose Festive Mail Club for everything in Essentials, plus fun activities, inspiring art, a premium sticker sheet, and occasional bonuses.

Can I buy a specific festival's mailer instead of subscribing?

Absolutely! Head on over to our Products tab to purchase any available individual mailer, including a specific festival such as Diwali. Subscribers get a discount and additional bonuses (like an instant printable download), and can pause or cancel anytime.

What age groups are best for this mailer?

We’ve found fans ranging from ages 3-12, with a sweet spot of 5-10, but these mailers are loved by the whole family! We purposely built them to have layers. Younger children may need help with the hands-on crafts, but they often obsess over the vibrant, waterproof stickers and coloring sheets, while older kids dive into the comics and crafts. It’s one envelope that engages everyone.

What types of festivals do you cover?

We aim to be inclusive of all Hindu traditions across all of India, North to South, East to West.

When will my first mailer ship?

Sign up anytime during the current month, and your first festive mailer will typically ship the subsequent month.

How do renewals, pauses, and cancellations work?

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same date you originally signed up. You can pause your subscription anytime within Shopify. You can also cancel anytime. Canceling stops future renewal charges, and you’ll still receive any mailers you've already paid for.

How do shipping and tracking work?

Mail Club shipping is free, wherever you are. Mailers are sent using standard First-Class Mail, so tracking is not available.
